Knowledge @lerts email alerting service
The Knowledge & Library Service now has an Email Alerting Service for Newham NHS staff
which aims to take the stress out of keeping up-to-date in the many fields of health
knowledge and information.
The Service concentrates on Alerts and Bulletins from the Department of Health, the National
Library for Health Specialist Libraries, and other selected newsletters of interest to those
working within the NHS.
To register for Knowledge @lerts emails, complete the form with your requirements and return
it to the Knowledge & Library Service at Newham Hospital (see form for details).
Tip: Select two or three really appropriate Bulletins rather than a spread of too many
alerts, or you may find yourself overwhelmed! If a news item is really important, it is
often mentioned on several Bulletins if it touches on their field of interest.
